Privacy policy
Starhold minimizes personal data. Public wallet addresses and public blockchain activity are not private, even when the game stores little information.
Data used
The service may store a public wallet address, profile settings, mission progress, submitted and approved content, content hashes and dimensions, scanner and moderation status, session identifiers, security events, and coarse operational telemetry.
Product telemetry
A random browser identifier is salted and hashed before storage to measure return visits, body and mission activity, wallet-flow completion, performance buckets, and failures. Event fields are allowlisted, raw anonymous identifiers are not stored, financial-market metrics are excluded, and Global Privacy Control disables this collection.
Data never requested
Starhold never requests or stores a seed phrase, private key, raw wallet credential, payment-card number, precise location, microphone recording, or camera recording.
Artwork quarantine
Submitted PNG artwork is stored in private object storage and is not publicly delivered unless both the configured security scanner and a moderator approve it. Rejected bytes may be deleted while hashes, verdicts, and audit records may be retained for abuse prevention and accountability.
Purpose and retention
Data supports login, game progress, moderation, fraud prevention, reliability, and legal compliance. Sessions expire; pending uploads should be removed under the operational retention schedule, while audit and moderation records may be retained for security and accountability.
Providers
Hosting, database, private object storage, security scanning, RPC, DAS, permanent metadata, and marketplace providers process limited technical data under their own terms. Public chain records cannot be deleted by Starhold.
