Ownership rights
A Starhold deed is a digital collectible and an in-game stewardship license. It is not ownership of a real celestial body or an interest in a business.
What a deed grants
The current verified holder may use approved game tools to customize designated visual layers, greetings, missions, monuments, stations, beacons, and exhibits.
What remains canonical
Celestial identity, scientific data, collection membership, base artwork, and project trademarks remain controlled by their respective rights holders and authorities.
Transfers
On-chain ownership is authoritative. The previous holder loses editing access after a confirmed transfer; the new holder may keep or reset the current approved customization.
No real-world claim
A deed does not grant land, mineral, intellectual-property, governance, equity, debt, revenue, creditor, or real-world property rights.
